1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be currently self-excluded from gambling activities, either through our platform or through third-party self-exclusion programs. If you have previously self-excluded, you must allow the full exclusion period to expire before creating a new account.
• Financial Responsibility: You must use your own funds when depositing to your memo69 account. Funds derived from illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or any criminal enterprise are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to investigate the source of deposits and freeze accounts pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Account registration requires providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You must select a secure username and password meeting our security requirements: minimum 8 characters including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination without refund of any balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, whether or not you authorized them. You must immediately notify memo69 if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, but cannot guarantee absolute security against sophisticated attacks. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party or allow others to access your account.

3.3 Account Verification

memo69 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: valid Indonesian KTP, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account number). Verification typically takes 24-48 hours during business days. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete. We may reject documents that are blurry, cropped, altered, expired, or otherwise fail to meet our verification standards.

• You must not allow any other person to use your account
• You must not access or attempt to access another user's account
• You must not create multiple accounts or use false identities
• You must not use VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to mask your location
• You must promptly update your account information when changes occur

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

memo69 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and other major Indonesian banks. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000; maximum deposit limits vary by account status and VIP tier. Deposits typically reflect in your account instantly during banking hours. You may only deposit using a bank account registered in your own name matching your memo69 account details. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to source.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Sunday, 24 hours per day. Processing time is typically 15 minutes during peak hours (10:00-22:00 WIB) and may extend to 1-3 hours during off-peak periods. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000; maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50.000.000. Withdrawals are sent to the bank account you registered during account verification. You may only withdraw to a bank account in your own name. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawals or suspicious activity patterns.

4.3 Processing Fees and Limits

memo69 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank may impose its own transaction fees which are beyond our control. Withdrawal limits are determined by your account verification status and VIP tier. Unverified accounts may face lower withdrawal limits or processing delays. High-volume withdrawals may be split into multiple transactions at our discretion for security purposes. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are conducted in IDR.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

memo69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, refuse service, close accounts, and retain funds if we reasonably suspect any violation of these Terms or applicable laws. Accounts closed for Terms violations will not be reopened, and all funds may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disputes

8.1 Service Availability

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, server problems, or circumstances beyond our control.
